RME is strongly committed to respecting the privacy of its users. For this reason, it has developed the following Privacy Policy to properly inform you how the website works and how your personal information is treated.
Any changes to our Privacy Policy, subsequent to your active submission of personal data, and that jeopardize the purposes for which they were made available, will be communicated to you if you have provided us with a means of contact.

Express consent must be given when filling out the Budget Request form or the Budget Request page on the website www.rme.pt, in the option indicated for that purpose.
The contact data collected will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which its processing was consented to, or until the exercise of the right to object, rectify, or delete them is verified.
The data subject has the right to access the retained data, as well as to request their limitation, rectification, opposition, or deletion when, among other legal grounds, the contact data is inaccurate or no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, at any time and without any charge, using the email you provided to provide your personal data.
